The Junebug Artfest is a unique event that occurs in Metuchen every Friday night in June and is in its 8th year. It has grown each year and incorporates music, dance, spoken word, visual art, and other interactive art activities. It's one of my favorite times to catch up with friends and neighbors and is a real celebration of what makes Metuchen so special. This year, a Kickstarter campaign was created to help fund the activities.
